How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Provincebow Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Provincebow Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Provincebow Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make choices for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Texas.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@provincebow.bond and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do

After You Write

We usually confirm receipt by email within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
